Salary range: $119k-$161k USD; Run A/B tests on outreach to improve funnel.

🎯 Requirements

A Bachelor's degree
2+ years of sourcing experience with high-volume outbound for Marketing, Creative, Business and G&A
Proficiency in G-Suite, Greenhouse, and sourcing tools (Gem and SeekOut)
Fluent in Boolean logic and CRM re-engagement searches
A data-driven approach that balances speed and precision in candidate engagement
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; iterating sourcing strategies as needs evolve
