📋 Description

• Become the face of Entrata, greeting both candidates and clients and facilitate the onsite and
• Juggle multiple priorities at once while maintaining a positive attitude to instill confidence in
• Become the CEO of your Entrata experience taking ownership of your decisions, impact and growth by
• Work with recruiters, hiring managers, and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless interview and
• Own the logistics of the interview process including booking travel for candidates when necessary.
• Learn how to evaluate candidates and spend time reviewing resumes.

• Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Proven ability to operate with high autonomy and exercise critical thinking to resolve operational
• Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of balancing competing, high-priority tasks
• Able to understand and adapt to rapidly changing priorities and environments.
• Polished written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact diplomatically with
• Proficient with Google Workspace (GMail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.) and Slack.
