📋 Description

• Deliver engaging facilitation for new hire orientations, leadership development programs, and
• Serve as a facilitator for assigned learning experiences, with guidance from program managers on
• Support program managers in leadership development and orientation/onboarding by coordinating
• Facilitate virtual, in-person, and hybrid learning sessions, adapting delivery style to engage
• Assist with the administrative tasks of talent development programs, including tracking attendance
• Work with other departments to understand audience needs and help tailor content delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a facilitator with a track record of delivering engaging learning experiences for
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to engage a room (virtual or
• Good project coordination and administrative skills with strong attention to detail; able to manage
• Familiar with MS Teams virtual facilitation platform, learning management systems, and standard
• Works well in cross-functional environments, takes direction well, and shows initiative on assigned
• Comfortable with ambiguity and change; able to adjust to shifting priorities while maintaining
