• Typically 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Development, Learning Architecture
• Ability to establish vision, guide strategic policy development, and architect agile solutions in
• Strong strategic judgment and cross-functional fluency, with proven ability to partner with HR
• Expertise in technical instructional design and modular architecture
• Passionate about leveraging AI and automation to streamline learning design processes
• Exceptional relationship management skills, with a track record of driving strategic consensus
