📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, and translate training needs into relevant learning actions
• Define learning strategies aligned with business priorities and skills development
• Design and roll out comprehensive, blended learning programs (micro-learning, adaptive, digital
• Implement training programs, material & tools aligned to business priorities
• Organize and facilitate workshops, and animate internal expert communities (trainers)
• Collaborate with business leaders, HR teams, and external L&D providers

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in HR Development, HR Projects, or as an HR Generalist
• Advanced skills in G-Suite (G-sheets) / Excel
• Familiarity with Workday is a plus
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse
• Comfortable with public speaking
