Talent Engagement Associate — Outbound Recruiting

📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to shortlisted candidates and present the company, role, location, and job
• Understand each candidate’s interest, availability, notice period, and other relevant details.
• Follow up with candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and email to keep the hiring process moving.
• Share interested and qualified candidates with the relevant internal team.
• Maintain accurate call logs, candidate notes, and records in spreadsheets or internal systems.
• Meet daily outreach and follow-up targets; high-volume calling role with approximately 100–120

🎯 Requirements

• A completed graduation; candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome. Current college
• Clear, fluent spoken English and confident, professional phone communication.
• Comfort with repetitive calling, regular follow-ups, and daily performance targets.
• Basic ATS knowledge and strong attention to detail.
• Availability for the stated work schedule.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or recruitment outreach is helpful, but

🎁 Benefits

• Fixed pay: ₹5,000–₹15,000 per month
• Performance bonus: ₹5,000–₹10,000 per month
