Talent & Influencer Relations Manager

📋 Description

• Support talent and influencer booking across GMG brands and initiatives.
• Develop talent recommendations and casting lists aligned to campaigns.
• Identify emerging creators across lifestyle, beauty, fashion, wellness.
• Monitor creator trends to identify new partnership opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, and talent reps.
• Meet with talent reps to keep GMG top-of-mind for opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in talent relations, influencer marketing, or related fields.
• Proven track record negotiating talent partnerships and creator campaigns.
• Existing relationships with publicists, agents, managers, and creators.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social platforms, and creator partnerships.
• Excellent project management and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
