Talent Management Executive

📋 Description

• Own the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, records, leave and attendance, and
• Own monthly payroll and compliance, including inputs, reconciliations, and employee queries.
• Make onboarding, offboarding, and farewells thoughtful member experiences, not just checklists.
• Interview candidates for roles we hire internally, and help keep our interview process fair and
• Keep the Bangalore office running smoothly, and make it a pleasant, welcoming place for anyone who
• Spot gaps in our people processes and close them with clear, lightweight systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 0–3 years in HR operations, people ops, or a similar role
• Exposure to payroll and statutory compliance in India (PF, ESI, PT, TDS) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and a high bar for accuracy
• Warmth, discretion, and good judgement in sensitive conversations
• Comfort assessing candidates; prior interviewing experience is a plus
• An ownership mindset: you see a problem and fix it without waiting to be asked
