📋 Description

• Own day-to-day people operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee
• Coordinate and manage monthly payroll processes, including gathering inputs, performing
• Support compliance requirements applicable to employees in India, including PF, ESI, Professional
• Create thoughtful and well-organized onboarding and offboarding experiences that go beyond
• Handle employee transitions, farewells, and other sensitive people-related moments with
• Participate in internal recruitment by interviewing candidates and helping maintain a fair

🎯 Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in HR operations, People Operations, talent management, or a similar
• Exposure to Indian payroll processes and statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy, particularly when handling
• Warm, approachable communication style combined with discretion and good judgment when handling
• Confidence interacting with employees and assessing candidates during internal recruitment
• Previous interviewing or candidate assessment experience is a plus.
