🎯 Requirements

• Experience in legal services recruitment with a deep interest in the legal industry and changing
• Proven ability to assess candidate skills and preferences, matching them effectively to client
• Clear evidence of ability to confidently interact with senior-level lawyers, clients, and leaders
• Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills and strong and proven recruitment sales experience, at
• Highly organized, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a deep sense of urgency and a
• Bachelor's degree ideal but not required. Must have legal authorization to work in Sydney full-time
