• Define talent and operations strategies and systems.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws; update Employee Handbook.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Hyper-organized; able to create systems.
• Experience in tech companies preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional skills.
• Proactive problem-solver with hands-on attitude.
• Self-starter, comfortable in unstructured environments.
