Talent Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Architect how the ATS works across custom fields, access roles, interview plans, feedback forms
• Own the reporting layer for Talent leadership and hiring teams, including dashboards, ad hoc
• Keep hiring data accurate and reconciled across the ATS, hiring plan, and downstream systems
• Turn recurring Talent Operations requests into better systems by improving workflows and automating
• Evaluate, procure, implement, and manage tools for sourcing, scheduling, reporting, and recruiting
• Build API-based reporting, integrations, and automations that reduce manual work

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in recruiting, recruiting operations, talent operations, people systems, or a similar
• Deep ATS expertise, particularly Ashby, across custom fields, access roles, interview plans
• Strong analytical skills with ability to build reports from vague questions
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
• Experience owning data integrity across an ATS and reconciling against hiring plans
• Strong program and change management skills
