📋 Description

• Lead full life-cycle recruitment for Rubrik's most complex and senior G&A searches in India —
• Advise Senior Manager and above stakeholders on hiring strategy, driving leveling decisions, team
• Design and run sourcing strategies across channels and modalities without direction, using
• Make diverse pipelines structural to every search: build them into intake, involve interview panels
• Bring internal talent and mobility into the conversation with your business partners, treating
• Lead a Talent Acquisition initiative that outlasts a single req — candidate experience, interviewer

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full life-cycle recruiting, with several years owning senior and leadership hiring for
• A record of independently running complex searches to close across more than one function or
• Credibility with Senior stakeholders — evidence that your talent recommendations changed a hiring
• Fluency with market and competitive intelligence data, and the judgment to forecast a search with
• Advanced command of an ATS and sourcing stack, at the level where peers come to you for guidance.
• Persuasive communication under pressure: you can close a senior candidate and reframe a panel's
