📋 Description

• Lead full life-cycle recruitment for Rubrik's most complex and senior G&A searches in India —
• Advise stakeholders on hiring strategy, leveling decisions, team composition, and location choices
• Design and run sourcing strategies using competitive intelligence to engage passive talent
• Make diverse pipelines structural to every search, building them into intake and involving
• Bring internal talent and mobility into the conversation, considering early-career and
• Lead a Talent Acquisition initiative that extends beyond a single req (e.g., candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full life-cycle recruiting with several years owning senior and leadership hiring for
• Record of independently running complex searches across multiple functions or business units
• Credibility with senior stakeholders, evidenced by influencing hiring decisions, levels, or org
• Fluency with market and competitive intelligence data with the ability to forecast a search reliably
• Advanced command of an ATS and sourcing stack, serving as a go-to for peers
• Persuasive communication under pressure, able to close senior candidates and influence panels
