🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional recruiting experience
• Legal industry experience required
• Highly persuasive verbal communication skills, and excellent written communication skills
• Poise, confidence, and maturity to interact and build relationships with candidates; strong
• Innate ability to build relationships with sophisticated candidates as well as internal stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and a tremendous amount of initiative, multi-tasking, and organizational

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary range: $80,000-$87,000 for Chicago-based role
• Eligibility for Quarterly Bonus Plan (on target 30% of base salary for Manager level role)
