📋 Description

• Proactively identify and source qualified candidates through outbound outreach, social media, X-ray
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve outbound talent pipelines across a range of technical
• Conduct initial candidate outreach, assess interest and basic fit, and effectively hand qualified
• Research target talent pools and develop sourcing approaches tailored to specific roles and client
• Maintain accurate candidate records, pipeline information, sourcing notes, and follow-up activities.
• Monitor pipeline health and ensure recruiters have clear visibility into candidate quality

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English required, with the ability to conduct calls, write candidate outreach, and
• 0-3 years of experience in an outbound, research, recruiting, sourcing, sales development, or
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify opportunities, take initiative, and work independently
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with care and attention applied to candidate searches
• Excellent research, organization, and follow-through skills, with the ability to maintain accurate
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with
