📋 Description

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for expansion hiring.
• Conduct direct candidate searches across senior and executive-level roles.
• Build talent maps and identify relevant companies and candidate pools in target locations.
• Proactively engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, professional networks
• Provide market insights on talent availability, candidate expectations, competitors, and local
• Partner with Lead Talent Partners to refine search criteria and build strong candidate pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in candidate sourcing or research, including ideally senior/executive-level roles, or
• Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter (or equivalent sourcing tool) capability.
• Comfort working across multiple, unfamiliar geographies and regulatory contexts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize research into clear, structured candidate
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Prior exposure to fintech, CFD/FX, or other regulated financial services sourcing will be a plus.
