📋 Description

• Build, own, and nurture a strong pipeline of world-class business talent across Sales, Finance
• Deliver a world-class recruiting experience that reflects Cohere's premium brand
• Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to find and engage passive talent through creative
• Maintain deep market intelligence on business talent trends and competitive landscape
• Manage comprehensive recruiting funnels in our ATS, updating progress and analytics regularly
• Develop creative, proactive sourcing approaches to optimize the top of the funnel for business roles

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience sourcing for business roles across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing &amp
• Proven track record of sourcing candidates in high-growth and high-bar environments
• Startup, technology, AI experience strongly preferred
• Established, high-profile network in business communities
• Creative problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Natural influencer with exceptional relationship-building skills
