📋 Description

• Develop sourcing strategies for assigned areas in collaboration with Recruiting and Sourcing leads.
• Partner closely with the Recruitment team to deliver candidate pipelines aligned to business demand.
• Act as a subject matter expert in sourcing for the assigned area.
• Collaborate with Sourcing Associate Manager, Recruitment Marketing, and Procurement teams to ensure
• Proactively source and submit pre-qualified talent with accountability for delivery against SLAs
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience by building and maintaining strong candidate

• Demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior
• Provide external market and industry intelligence to recruiters and stakeholders.
• Experience delivering both high-volume recruitment campaigns and niche sourcing strategies.
• Collaborative approach and commitment to inclusion and continuous improvement.
• Proven experience sourcing direct candidates through multiple channels.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using ATS, CRM, and reporting systems.
