📋 Description

• Proactively source, engage and build a diverse entry-level sales pipeline.
• Craft personalised outreach to passive candidates, selling our culture and growth.
• Coordinate European campus recruitment with career centres and universities.
• Develop, pilot and run events from graduate fairs to networking sessions.
• Collaborate with TA, Communications & Marketing on employer branding.
• Keep ATS data accurate to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

🎯 Requirements

• German and English professional proficiency.
• Early-career role, open to training and mentorship.
• Experience in recruitment or sourcing (agency or in-house).
• Strong organisation, energy and curiosity.
• Experience coordinating campus partnerships and events.
• Proficiency with ATS and candidate data management.
