📋 Description

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand U.S. GTM hiring needs, define candidate
• Identify and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal talent
• Build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines across U.S. sales, business development
• Conduct initial candidate outreach, resume reviews, and qualification conversations while creating
• Maintain accurate sourcing activity, candidate information, pipeline progress, and feedback within
• Collaborate effectively with recruiting stakeholders across different time zones while providing

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition, ideally with
• Previous sourcing or recruiting experience within B2B SaaS, software, cloud, technology, AI, or
• Strong hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, applicant tracking systems, and
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage U.S.-based candidates
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches
• Comfortable working remotely and consistently covering night-shift hours from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
