Talent Specialist - Retail (Temp - Fixed Term Contract)

📋 Description

• Coordinate end-to-end hiring for new store openings.
• Organize high-volume assessment centres and hiring events.
• Partner with Retail Leadership to plan hiring timelines and workforce.
• Manage event logistics: venue, communications, schedules.
• Build talent pipelines and support large seasonal recruitment.
• Monitor hiring metrics and act as main contact during events.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2+ years in recruiting, coordination, TA, HR, or retail ops.
• Experience in retail hiring or customer-facing roles valued.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with ATS (Greenhouse a plus).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or sourcing tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
