Talent Strategy Lead

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy innovative recruitment and talent acquisition programs, taking
• Apply deep HR and talent expertise to improve recruitment strategies, attraction initiatives, and
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local community organizations, high schools, colleges
• Collaborate with executive leaders, search firms, Talent Acquisition teams, HR Business Partners
• Develop and strengthen talent attraction, workforce development, social media, and employer
• Support strategic workforce programs, special HR projects, and initiatives designed to develop

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant work-related discipline or field from an accredited college or
• At least 12 years of progressively responsible and directly related professional experience, with
• Demonstrated experience designing, developing, launching, and successfully managing talent
• Strong knowledge of workforce development, talent attraction, recruitment strategy, stakeholder
• Proven analytical capabilities, including the ability to interpret recruitment data, establish
• Strong project management and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to coordinate

• Base pay generally starting between $76.97 and $102.01 per hour, with the final compensation
