Tax Analyst - VAT

📋 Description

• Prepare and submit VAT returns and related reports across multiple EMEA and APAC jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with external tax advisors on VAT filings and other compliance obligations.
• Reconcile VAT accounts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure ERP data is accurate and complete.
• Work closely with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and accounting teams to review
• Review invoices for compliance with local VAT legislation and ensure the correct tax treatment is
• Manage compliance with e-invoicing requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience within a tax department, ideally in a Big Four or similar environment with
• Practical experience preparing and filing tax or VAT returns.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.
• Professional tax or accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CTA, CPA, or equivalent is highly
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate discrepancies, interpret tax requirements
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
