Tax Compliance Coordinator

📋 Description

• Compile, organize, validate, and maintain transaction and financial data used for U.S. sales and
• Extract relevant transaction information from source systems using established reports, processes
• Enter, review, and maintain sales and use tax data in Vertex and other related tax compliance
• Support the preparation of recurring sales and use tax return workpapers and filing packages.
• Prepare standard reconciliations, roll-forwards, schedules, and other supporting documentation for
• Maintain sales and use tax calendars, filing trackers, jurisdiction lists, status logs, and other

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales and use tax, indirect tax compliance, accounting, shared services
• Hands-on experience with Vertex is required; Oracle EBS experience is a strong advantage.
• Previous experience supporting U.S. sales and use tax return preparation is required.
• Familiarity with sales tax exemption certificates, resale certificates, and indirect tax
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, filtering, and working with large datasets.
