📋 Description

  • Lead and scale APAC Fever for Business account team from Sydney.
  • Implement and refine APAC GTM strategy across funnel.
  • Deploy outbound playbook with ICP segmentation and messaging.
  • Oversee inbound routing and SLAs to meet conversion benchmarks.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on regional campaigns.
  • Monitor KPIs, pipeline value, and conversion rates.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ year in Account Development leadership or strong IC with leadership potential.
  • Proven track record of overachieving targets in high-volume outreach.
  • Experience hiring and coaching entry-level talent.
  • Data-driven; CRM hygiene (Salesforce/HubSpot).
  • Strong communicator; collaborate with Regional Sales & Marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred; English fluency.
