📋 Description

• Own major features end to end, working closely with design team, from decision through release
• Own, maintain, and improve reliability metrics for key features
• Review pull requests and provide actionable feedback
• Unblock team members stuck on issues for extended periods
• Standardize and consolidate shared code and components
• Maintain shared components: tested, clear, and consolidated

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including leading a team or owning a major surface
• Rock solid Kotlin, Kotlin Coroutines, Kotlin Flow, Dagger 2, MVVM, Clean Architecture, Background
• Experience shipping and maintaining background audio or other long-running background work
• Understanding of testing importance and approaches, including limitations
• Proven ability to introduce lasting improvements to a team
• Comfort with asking people to change how they work and handling friction

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range: 140,000-200,000 USD/Year + Bonus + Stock depending on experience
