Maintain shared code quality with testing and clarity.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of software engineering experience, including leading a team or owning a major surface
Rock solid Kotlin, Kotlin Coroutines, Kotlin Flow, Dagger 2, MVVM, Clean Architecture, Background
Experience shipping and maintaining background audio or other long-running background work.
Understanding of the importance of tests and approaches to writing them, including limitations.
Proven ability to introduce lasting team improvements.
Comfort with challenging team processes and managing friction.
