Own major features end to end, working closely with design team — from decision through to release
Own, maintain, and improve reliability metrics for key features
Review pull requests and provide constructive feedback
Unblock the team when someone is stuck
Consolidate duplicated solutions and drive adoption of shared versions
Keep shared components tested and clear

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of software engineering experience, including leading a team or owning a major surface
Rock solid Kotlin, Kotlin Coroutines, Kotlin Flow, Dagger 2, MVVM, Clean Architecture, Background
Experience shipping and maintaining background audio or other long-running background work
Understanding of testing importance and approach, including limitations
Introduced something to a team that stuck without constant pushing
Comfort with asking people to change how they work
