Own major features end to end, working closely with the design team from decision through release
Own, maintain, and improve reliability metrics for key features
Review pull requests and provide constructive feedback
Unblock team members and address stuck work
Standardize solutions and consolidate duplicated work
Maintain shared code quality and test coverage

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of software engineering experience, including team leadership while staying hands-on
Expert proficiency in Kotlin, Kotlin Coroutines, Kotlin Flow, Dagger 2, MVVM, Clean Architecture
Experience with background audio or long-running background work
Understanding of testing approaches and limitations
Track record of introducing lasting team improvements
Comfort with leading change and managing friction
