📋 Description

• Own major features end-to-end with the design team, from decision through release
• Own, maintain, and improve reliability metrics for key features
• Review pull requests and provide constructive feedback
• Unblock the team by taking action on stuck items
• Standardize solutions across the team and drive adoption
• Maintain shared components with testing and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including leading a team or owning a major surface
• Solid Kotlin, Kotlin Coroutines, Kotlin Flow, Dagger 2, MVVM, Clean Architecture, Background
• Experience shipping and maintaining background audio or other long-running background work
• Understanding of testing approaches and their limitations
• Proven track record of introducing lasting improvements to a team
• Comfort with driving change and managing friction
