📋 Description

• Own major features end to end, working closely with our design team — from the decision through to
• Own, maintain, and improve reliability metrics for key features.
• Review pull requests and give feedback people learn from.
• Unblock the team: notice when someone is stuck and go take a look.
• Consolidate shared components and drive adoption.
• Keep shared pieces tested, clear, and consolidated.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including leading a team or owning a major surface
• Rock solid Kotlin, Kotlin Coroutines, Kotlin Flow, Dagger 2, MVVM, Clean Architecture, Background
• Experience shipping and maintaining background audio or other long-running background work.
• Understanding of test importance and approach, including limitations.
• Introduced a lasting improvement to a team and honest account of its cost.
• Comfort with asking people to change how they work.

• The United States Based Salary range for this role is: 140,000-200,000 USD/Year + Bonus + Stock
