Own major features end to end, working closely with the design team from decision through release
Own, maintain, and improve reliability metrics for key features
Review pull requests and provide constructive feedback
Unblock the team by investigating stuck issues
Standardize and consolidate shared components and solutions
Maintain shared code health and clarity

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of software engineering experience, including team leadership or major surface ownership
Proficiency in Kotlin, Kotlin Coroutines, Kotlin Flow, Dagger 2, MVVM, Clean Architecture
Experience shipping and maintaining background audio or long-running background work
Understanding of testing approaches and limitations
Experience introducing lasting team improvements
Comfort with driving change and managing friction
