📋 Description

• Own major features end to end, working closely with our design team — from the decision through to
• Own, maintain, and improve reliability metrics for key features.
• Review pull requests and give feedback that helps team members learn.
• Unblock the team by investigating when someone is stuck.
• Promote reusable solutions and consolidate duplicate implementations.
• Keep shared code tested, clear, and maintainable.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including team leadership or owning a major surface
• Rock solid Kotlin, Kotlin Coroutines, Kotlin Flow, Dagger 2, MVVM, Clean Architecture, Background
• Experience shipping and maintaining background audio or other long-running background work.
• Understanding of testing importance and approaches, including limitations.
• Proven ability to introduce changes that stick after stopping active promotion.
• Comfort with asking people to change how they work and managing friction.
