📋 Description

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for assigned human data projects
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of AI Tutors
• Participate in labeling and review activities
• Manage guideline adherence, taxonomy processes, QA workflows, and certification standards
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements
• Track team performance through KPIs and dashboards

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in data labeling, annotation, AI training/evaluation, or
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience with data quality metrics and annotation workflows
• Familiarity with project management tools like Notion, Axiom, JIRA, Linear
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts
• QA experience in creative/visual/media projects
