📋 Description

• Lead a team of implementation engineers to deliver a great customer experience and scalable integrations.
• Act as sparring partner and escalation layer for the team on complex projects.
• Create an inspiring and collaborative team environment with open communication and feedback.

• Ambassador of change; help lead new initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimize processes using insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading a team of implementation managers/solution engineers (min 2 years) with coaching.
• Experience with integration projects in a large global company (professional services, finance, retail, or tech).
• Proven track record driving global process change and establishing tools/procedures.
• Able to work in a global organization and collaborate with teams across time zones.
• Strong understanding of global commerce challenges across regions.
• Excellent communication and leadership in an inclusive environment.
