🎯 Requirements

2+ years leading teams of implementation managers or solution engineers; coaching and training.
Experience with integration projects in a large global company (professional services, finance, retail or tech).
Proven track record driving global process changes and enabling scalable operations.
Ability to work with global teams, build relationships, and adapt to different time zones.
Understanding global commerce challenges and regional dependencies for client success.
