📋 Description

• Mentor, coach, and scale a multi-disciplinary team of GL and Tax specialists; set clear vision
• Collaborate across Group Finance (Financial Controlling, Lead to Cash, Procure to Pay, Payroll
• Drive stream-level automation initiatives across the R2R pipeline to streamline month-end closing
• Manage GL activities related to OPEX, CAPEX, Intercompany, leases, revenue, and accounts receivable
• Lead foundational work on data quality for complete touchless tax returns; take active role in
• Support internal and external auditors with GL and Tax accounting data; prepare variance analysis

• At least 6 years of work experience in financial accounting, tax compliance, and reporting within a
