📋 Description

• Run executive level Sales hiring syncs, driving the cadence, priorities, and follow-through for the
• Represent the Post-Sales pod in headcount and workforce-planning discussions with Talent
• Bubble up what's happening across the Post-Sales recruiting team — risks, wins, market signals, and
• Drive solutioning and experimentation with the team, testing new sourcing angles, processes, and
• Help the team execute on retros and decision docs, turning what you learn into durable improvements.
• Shape and roll out new processes and changes to the pod: when the team adopts a new way of working

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of recruiting experience, with 7+ years of experience owning senior GTM and Sales
• Experience leading or setting direction for a recruiting pod including running hiring syncs
• A track record of taking operating overhead off a manager's plate: owning team cadence, process
• Proven success hiring senior and specialized talent across Sales and Sales Leadership.
• Strong search fundamentals including market mapping, talent intelligence, passive candidate
• The ability to quickly understand complex corporate roles across post-sales functions.

🎁 Benefits

• The estimated base salary range for this role is $172,000 - $196,000.
• This role may be eligible to participate in TRM's equity plan.

• Globally distributed with overlap hours between 7am–12pm PST.
