Team Lead, Sales - UK & Ireland

📋 Description

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals across the UK & Ireland, setting
• Establish a regular cadence of one-to-ones, pipeline reviews, feedback conversations, and
• Own delivery against agreed revenue, gross margin, new business, and retention targets.
• Build and maintain a well-maintained, accurate, and prioritised sales pipeline, with consistent
• Support the team in winning new corporate accounts, agency relationships, and strategic
• Personally lead or support priority opportunities, customer meetings, and senior-level negotiations.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading a B2B sales team across both new business and account growth.
• Experience managing, coaching, and developing sales professionals, with a track record of creating
• Strong record of delivering commercial results against measurable revenue, margin, new business, or
• Experience selling to corporate customers, travel buyers, TMCs, agencies, or strategic partners.
• Experience in travel, mobility, hospitality, or a related service environment (may be preferred).
• Confident managing pipelines, forecasting performance, and maintaining strong CRM discipline.
