Team Leader, Trustee Operations

📋 Description

• Initiating foreclosure procedure on default loans and completing the foreclosure as per the state
• Obtaining all the required Pre-Foreclosure notices and verifying the validity of the documents.
• Researching the title search documents obtained from county office records provided by searcher
• Reviewing the borrower details in order to determine whether the borrower is falling under any
• Ensuring regular compliance testing or auditing on internal mortgage processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 8 years experience in voice / semi vocie Mortgage process
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English and neutral accent
• Must have good analytical and cognitive skills
• Must have an eye for attention to detail
