Supervise the daily operations of the Provider Data Management team, including workload
Ensure provider demographic and credentialing data is accurately entered and maintained in all
Drive the performance of the team by monitoring productivity, quality, and turnaround time standards
Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and performance management to analysts responsible for
Monitor individual and team performance metrics, identify trends and implement action plans to
Manage workflow distribution, workload prioritization, and resource allocation to meet turnaround

🎯 Requirements

2+ years’ experience leading a team within the healthcare domain - experience with Credentialing
Must be Team Manager University certified
Open availability
Solid Microsoft Office experience, advanced Microsoft Excel would be preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate complex processes clearly, adapt training approaches to different learning
