Tech Lead, ARC Team

📋 Description

• Design secure, scalable backend systems for Public Sector using Scale's cloud-native infra.
• Mentor and manage performance of ARC team members.
• Own services and define long-term health goals, improving surrounding components.
• Re-architect stack to run in compliant environments with swappable auth, storage, logging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver solutions for government needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Full-stack development (front-end + back-end); air-gapped env experience a plus.
• Cloud-native tech: Docker, Kubernetes; AWS/Azure/GCP familiarity.
• Security/compliance: Federal frameworks (Cloud SRG, FedRAMP, STIG).
• Strong problem solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Must be able to work 3 days per week from DC/SF/NYC/STL offices.
