📋 Description

• Drive platform architecture and technical direction, owning transversal foundations used by
• Own the graph technology strategy, evaluating releases and tooling; plan scalable migrations.
• Optimize graph performance and scalability via Cypher queries, data models, and DB architecture.
• Lead backend engineering initiatives; build secure, modular APIs and platform services.
• Design secure access-control systems for mission-critical environments.
• Orchestrate graph-powered workflows for analytics and real-time insight.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Deep, hands-on Neo4j expertise with advanced Cypher optimization and profiling.
• Strong graph data modelling experience; PostgreSQL is a plus.
• Proven technical leadership with ownership of architecture and direction.
• Strong Java or JVM expertise; experience with Spring or comparable frameworks.
• Advanced debugging/profiling skills and solid software engineering fundamentals.
