📋 Description

• Partner closely with the founders to define engineering priorities, execution plans, and technical
• Serve as a key link between engineering and product, maintaining alignment across teams and
• Lead greenfield projects from concept through delivery, including products and capabilities powered
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineers while maintaining a high
• Plan and facilitate engineering sprints to enable predictable, efficient, and high-quality delivery.
• Remain hands-on with the codebase, contributing through coding, code reviews, debugging

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional software engineering experience, with demonstrated experience taking
• Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Engineer with leadership responsibilities, or in a
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to remain hands-on, with a willingness to
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers and a genuine interest in helping others grow.
• Previous people-management or team-leadership experience is highly valued, particularly for
