📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for local partners' requests related to Xsolla's
• Design, build, and maintain webpages/web applications supporting local partner and business needs.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a small team of engineers based in other regions, including performance
• Collaborate closely with regional business, BD, and product stakeholders to ensure technical
• Balance hands-on technical contribution with team leadership responsibilities.
• Drive best practices in code quality, delivery timelines, and engineering processes across the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of overall technical/engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing or leading engineers/engineering teams.
• Fluent in both Korean and English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience developing and maintaining webpages/web applications.
• Experience managing distributed or cross-regional teams.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate between local partner needs and
