Tech Lead Manager - Data Platform

📋 Description

• Coach and develop backend engineers through code reviews and design discussions.
• Run the team's core rituals: standups and sprint planning.
• Build reliable data integrations from Gong, Intercom, Zendesk, Slack, and HubSpot.
• Build the core data platform with a scalable, enriched data pipeline.
• Create reusable data infrastructure that ingests data once and reuses across teams.
• Develop data enrichment services to transcribe, redact, and link records.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep engineering expertise with 1-2 years as tech lead or team lead.
• Strong backend and data processing experience; scale-focused; media-in-motion is a plus.
• Passion for AI-native work; embedding AI to improve quality, speed, and impact.
• Pragmatic and flexible; comfortable with ambiguity and shifting deadlines.
• Commitment to quality; ships top-notch work with thoughtful scope trade-offs.
• Excellent, concise communicator who conveys effort vs impact.
