📋 Description

• Provide technical and line-management leadership to development teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant software engineering experience with 2+ years as a Technical Lead.
• Professional experience with Python and React.
• Experience with AI application development and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Agentspace).
• Experience with CI/CD, Terraform, Helm, and cloud-native IaC technologies.
• Experience leading teams through technical delivery and mentoring.
• Deep understanding of agile practices, test-driven development, version control (Git), and DevOps.
