Tech Lead ServiceNow – IRM (Integrated Risk Management)

📋 Description

• Lead the technical delivery of ServiceNow IRM projects, including implementation, evolution, and
• Organize, prioritize, and distribute activities across the technical team while applying ServiceNow
• Translate business requirements related to risk, controls, audit, and compliance into effective
• Design and implement solutions across Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit
• Plan and architect project sprints based on user stories and priorities using Scrum methodologies.
• Support the team with ServiceNow configuration, customization, development, and solution

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Tech Lead, Senior Developer, or Technical Consultant.
• Practical experience implementing, enhancing, or supporting ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.
• Strong understanding of risk management, internal controls, auditing, and compliance processes.
• Experience with one or more IRM components, such as Risk Management, Policy and Compliance
• Solid knowledge of ServiceNow platform configuration and development.
• Experience with integrations, REST APIs, workflow automation, and related technologies.
