Tech Lead / Solution Architect

📋 Description

• Own backend architecture and technical direction, translating product goals into scalable and
• Define architecture boundaries and minimal service contracts, including APIs and event-driven
• Design core data model, including IDs, mapping rules, and idempotency keys for reliable processing.
• Build and define the workflow layer with retry, backoff, dead-letter handling, replay
• Establish security architecture covering SSO, RBAC, access controls, and secrets management.
• Implement audit trails with correlation IDs and distributed tracing for accountability.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior backend engineering and solution architecture with production systems experience.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, retries, idempotency, consistency, race conditions
• Hands-on backend design/implementation using Python and FastAPI.
• Relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
• Experience with queues/event-driven systems (NATS, RabbitMQ, Kafka or similar).
• APIs and integrations with external platforms; OIDC, SSO, auth, authorization, roles, permissions
